Frame-Tek was engaged to deliver a fast, efficient walling solution for the Mariners Building of Excellence. Our Optim Series floor-to-floor wall system was designed, engineered, and supplied as a high-performance alternative to conventional glazed curtain walls. Installed directly after floor pours, the system enabled Norths to rapidly enclose the structure, significantly accelerating the construction timeline.

In addition to the main wall system, custom accent framing was integrated into the primary support structure, enhancing both the architectural detail and structural integrity of the façade.
