Project details

Frame-Tek partnered with Roberts Co. to deliver a custom-engineered Calibre Series prefabricated roof framing solution for the Concord Hospital redevelopment. The system was designed to support plant platforms and integrate roof battens and box gutter details, all coordinated with services and backed by certified shop drawings.

Our flexible design approach allowed for prefabricated units to be delivered progressively, ideal for the constrained site. This reduced high-risk roof work, improved program efficiency, and enabled a fast, high-quality install by the roofing contractor.
