Project details

Frame-Tek was engaged by John Holland Group during the early construction phase when the original design began presenting significant constructability challenges. With construction already underway, our team was tasked with resolving issues that were hindering efficient and accurate buildability.

Leveraging our integrated design and engineering expertise, Frame-Tek developed a custom off-slab framing solution that addressed all constructability concerns. This approach enabled rapid frame production and a streamlined installation process, significantly accelerating the construction timeline.

Beyond speed and efficiency, our solution provided robust structural support for long window openings and delivered the necessary façade depth to meet the architectural vision. To further enhance buildability, Frame-Tek designed and supplied structural brackets that accommodated building tolerances while maintaining full structural integrity. These brackets were engineered with ease of installation as a core priority, ensuring smooth on-site execution.

The result was a high-performance framing system that not only solved critical design challenges but also supported the project’s architectural and structural goals.
