We engaged Frame-Tek to supply a prefabricated frame system to support the façade cladding on a data centre project that we recently completed in Sydney.
From our first discussion regarding initial design requirements, Frame-Tek were able to assist us in all areas such as quoting, final design and engineering of the system. They were also able to supply all steel members, bracketry and easy to use installation guides.
Following the decision to move away from structural steel to a lightweight framing system for this project, we were able to minimise not only installation and labour costs but also those for machining and materials.

The system Frame-Tek provides from design to supply is second to none! It helps with the progress of works onsite as panels are prefabricated off site making the install process onsite quicker and more cost effective. The pre-fabricated panel that is designed to span from slab to slab and then get bolted into place, helps reduce the need for structural steel and cutting steel onsite Removing these factors also helps significantly with potential safety issues onsite as you would have with using grinder/cut off discs for cutting off stick framing onsite, crane use for structural steel install and welding of steel.
